Rut time attractors (doe estrus type scents) and territorial scents are very effective when used at scrape locations. They will help to liven up a scrape and get the bucks keyed in on it. Some great options are Special Golden Estrus®, Trail’s End® #307®, and Mega-Tarsal Plus®
If you are going to hunt a scrape location, one of the best scents to use is Active-Scrape®, because in addition to being a high-powered doe estrus type scent, it has the smell of a strange rutting buck intruding into the territory. Active-Scrape® is the scent specifically made for using at scrape locations.
We recommend using your scent in an Ultimate Scrape-Dripper® or a Magnum Scrape-Dripper™ when hunting a scrape location. These Scrape-Drippers™ drip daytime only conditioning the buck to visit the scrape during daytime hunting hours.
